PRIVACY AND END USER LICENSE ADDENDUM Last Updated: December 21, 2018 This Posted App Privacy and End User License Addendum is between you and the developer of Posted, and governs your use of the Posted App. It is in addition to, but does not replace, the standard LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT provided by Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Parties. This End User License Addendum is between you and the developer of Posted only, and not Apple. Privacy. Data is collected the Posted App only in the "Shared" feature of the app. This data includes the original image that you used to generate a mosaic, as well as edited mosaic data itself. In addition, geolocation data is collected when you post a pattern to the "Shared" feature. This data can be used by other users of the app through the iCloud service provided by Apple. This data is not shared with any third party, although it is publicly available to anyone using the Posted App. It will be stored in secure Apple iCloud service for the life of the Posted App. You may revoke access to your posted data at any time by deleting it from the "Shared" feature. Content Restrictions. The Posted App has a "Shared" feature that allows posting of content accessible to other users of the app. You may not upload or post (collectively, "submit") any image, text, or other work (collectively, "content") that: Infringes any third party's copyrights or other rights, Contains sexually explicit content or pornography, Contains hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incites hatred against any individual or group, Exploits minors, Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence, Depicts animal cruelty, Promotes fraudulent or dubious business schemes, or Violates any law. Limited License. The developer of Posted grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to use the Posted App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use the Posted App on an Apple device that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Third Party Intellectual Property Claims. The developer of Posted shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the Posted App. Termination for Breach. The developer of Posted may block or remove any content you submitted if he determines you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage the Posted App's reputation and goodwill.
